Solutions for Call Centres (Card Holder Not Present)

Integral has a number of solutions for Mail Order and Telephone Order (MO/TO) merchants where the card holder is not physically present. For merchants who require on-line authorisation, PayRouter provides a comprehensive solution for these merchants who may either use Integral’s PayTerminal Windows Client application or can interface their Order Processing application, Web Site and IVR systems to PayRouter through Integral’s Unified API.

For MO/TO merchants who do not require real-time on-line authorisation, Integral’s PayStation application provides a comprehensive batch file based solution where a “.csv” file of card transactions in imported into PayStation and then submitted to the acquiring bank for authorisation.
