Estate Management System (EMS)
Integral has developed a
system whereby software updates and card parameter changes may be
downloaded automatically to a terminal overnight when the office is closed
to minimise downtime.
Updates can include software
changes, time/date updates, currency updates, extra card setups,
changing of floor limits or increasing/decreasing of points awarded in the
case of a loyalty card scheme. The EMS can also provide key management for
Smart Card readers. This system is currently used by over 18,000 remote terminals.
